We deliberately do not have a contact form. Forms need a server to receive them, and this site has no server-side component at all — everything runs in your browser. An email address is the honest solution.

What to write about

• Bugs — tell us the tool you used, your browser and operating system, and what you expected versus what happened. If an error message appeared, quote it exactly.
• Feature requests — especially other EPUB or PDF tasks you wish you could do in a browser. The toolbox grows from real requests.
• Privacy questions — see the privacy policy first; it answers most questions, because the answer is usually "your files never left your device."
• Copyright concerns — if you believe content on this site infringes your rights, write to the same address with the subject line "Copyright" and include a description of the work and where it appears.
• The blog — corrections to our format guides are always welcome.

Response time

This is a small team, and we answer best-effort — usually within a few days. We read every message, even the ones we cannot answer at length.
